My name is Jenny Howell BSc (Ost Med) DO, ND, MSCCO and I am the Osteopath at the Heath Osteopathic Practice, in Tufnell Park, Islington. I graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. I build on my skills and experience, by attending professional development courses every year. I treat people of all ages. I am fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and some of the private health insurance companies. I am a member of the Sutherland Cranial College. I use a variety of treatment modalities including mobilisation, soft tissue massage, manipulation, cranial and visceral osteopathy, taping and advising on exercises and posture. Hello, I visited Jenny with back pains and tightness in my chest and neck muscles and she really helped me. Jenny took a full analysis of my issues and explained in depth what I needed to know, and gave me a few useful exercises to practice to keep my back and upper body flexible. The day after I saw her, I noticed almost immediate improvement and my uncomfortable back pains had considerably decreased and I felt more flexible.
