Testimonials

Jenny is thorough, very knowledgable, and identified the root cause and sorted an issue from the very first session. I really appreciated her exercise follow-ups and at-home remedy’s also.
Meera

I recently had a recurrence of the sciatic pain after a particularly grueling drive in heavy traffic on the M1. In very heavy traffic I was forced to keep my legs in one position - hovering over the accelerator - for several hours and for the next few days suffered for it. I realised that the previous bout also came after a long drive up to Norfolk.
I thought of calling you but in fact the exercises you gave me solved it - thus doing you out of a job I'm afraid!
