Testimonials

A very good osteopath, also you always feel welcome.
I stop muscles and back pans at early stages and prepare my muscles and body for daily hard office work, through training advice and osteopathic treatment at the Heat osteopathic practice.
Today, I never have any problems with muscles, back or shoulders. I treat my problems and prepare myself for long days at the office.

I highly recommend Jenny! Having always experienced frequent headaches with little answers, I booked a treatment at the Heath Osteopathic Practice. Jenny was so caring, thorough and took time to explain everything in detail. I noticed the difference after the first session and came away with so much more understanding of how to prevent and manage my headaches, thank you Jenny!

I had severe back pain for months if not years which I thaught were related to a bad move I made a while back, and that actually seemed to be due to my bad posture at work. In just a few sessions with Jenny, my situation improved drastically and I was then able to keep getting better through exercises that she gave me. I just started to climb again last week, which I couldn't do anymore for a while because of the pain, and everything went fine : no pain at all anymore!
