My name is Jenny Howell BSc (Ost Med) DO, ND, MSCCO and I am the Osteopath at the Heath Osteopathic Practice, in Tufnell Park, Islington. I graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. I build on my skills and experience, by attending professional development courses every year. I treat people of all ages. I am fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and some of the private health insurance companies. I am a member of the Sutherland Cranial College. I use a variety of treatment modalities including mobilisation, soft tissue massage, manipulation, cranial and visceral osteopathy, taping and advising on exercises and posture. I came to see Jenny a bit desperate after a month of lower back problems. She has definitely made a difference on my daily life and doubtlessly I would come to see her again if needed.
She listens to you and takes notes of what your problem/feelings are trying to understand where the pain comes from. Apart from her own manipulations and massages on you, she recommends specific stretching exercises that sends over e-mail and that me personally found very useful.
