Testimonials

Couldn’t recommend Jenny more. Have been visiting her since 2019 for help with back pain. She is extremely personable, and takes the time to understand the problem. I always feel much better after having an adjustment, and she advises on exercises that help address any concerns I have. Also has Covid safe practices in place which is also great.

have been seeing Jenny for a few weeks. and after 6 months of pointless physiotherapy i am now 99% better. she takes time to get to know your symptoms and treats you accordingly. i feel so much better. the whole treatment process has been 5*.
i highly recommend using the heath osteopathic practice
Jenny is kind and caring. I ended up going for further treatment on my knee after my shoulder "work"
the exercise sheets are a godsend too as can continue treating yourself at home to keep the issue's from returning.

I spend long periods of time at a computer and because of this and the stress of meeting tight deadlines, I experienced a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had little movement in my neck and was having difficulty turning my head. I was experiencing discomfort at night while sleeping. However, after only a few sessions with Jenny, things got sorted through massage and manipulation.
She gave me a series of exercises to do, which I still do, and recommended a pilates class. I haven't had any trouble since. I think anyone who spends a long period of time in front of a computer should see an osteopath regularly to ensure they are not doing any lasting damage due to stress and poor posture.
