Exceptionally helpful targeted back pain guidance and relief.

I spend long periods of time at a computer and because of this and the stress of meeting tight deadlines, I experienced a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had little movement in my neck and was having difficulty turning my head. I was experiencing discomfort at night while sleeping. However, after only a few sessions with Jenny, things got sorted through massage and manipulation.
She gave me a series of exercises to do, which I still do, and recommended a pilates class. I haven't had any trouble since. I think anyone who spends a long period of time in front of a computer should see an osteopath regularly to ensure they are not doing any lasting damage due to stress and poor posture.
